Salary: £18,000.00 /year


Job Role:
Including but not limited to:

  • Receiving and processing jobs on the internal CRM system from the client
  • Working both in office and on live sites
  • Good understanding of the network infastructure
  • Liaising with site agents, councils and the client to book jobs in to be completed
  • Keeping the client updated on the progress of jobs through both phone, email and keeping the internal system up to date
  • Handling any queries over the phone and by email
  • Drawing up completed works and processing the invoices for back to the client
  • Assisting in general office admin as and when required

Skills:

  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Civils Experience
  • Knowledge of NRSWA and Permitting an advantage but not essential
  • Good numeracy, literacy and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident and helpful telephone manner
  • Good general administration and organisational skills

  • Able to prioritise workloads and contribute to and work well with others within a small team
